Jeff did an outstanding job creating and explaining the plans for a new septic system for the house so we could sell it as part of an estate. None of the family was in the area which made it challenging. Jeff was responsive and knowledgeable. There are lots of hoops you have to jump through to replace a septic system and Jeff was able to guide us through them. He is familiar with the state and town requirements. We used Hilltop Contractors for the installation and they worked very well together as a team. We would highly recommend Jeff for any project!
