Phil did a fantastic job! He stayed within his time and $ estimates. He engaged with my children and also went to the town board with me to get a variance for the generator. He's a very friendly, professional, and personal electrician. I recommend him whole heartedly.

Phil was a great guy and my kids love him. He is very punctual and stands by his word and his work. He helped me get a variance from my town and did a great job installing my generator. Phil first came out for a quote and was the most honest and best priced and even suggested I buy the generator from a different source to get a better price. The other quotes all insisted I buy the generator through them. I recently saw an alarm on the generator and Phil came out quickly, checked out the unit, and cleared the alarm. Anyway, I am very happy with Phil's service and would call him again.

My main reason for calling is that three outlets in one area of my home have stopped working. While the electrician was able to tell me the reason for the problem (an interruption in the ground somewhere from the fusebox to the outlets), he was unable to solve the problem. He suggested that I follow some of the wires under the house to see if I could find the break, but isn't that what I'm paying him for? He changed out a problem light switch, but after almost three hours and a $250.00 bill I still have my problem.

"Total cost for this service call included 1/2 hour travel time. Actual time on site was 1.5 hours. Material cost was under $20.00. Spent less than one hour tracing fault in crawl space through a rat's nest of wire. For all I know a fiels mouse or squirrel could have gnawed through a wire somewhere in that crawl space. I Could have stayed for hours and padded the job but I was curteous enough not charge for time wasted trying to find a fault caused by a rodent or homeowner wiring. I was honest and very courteous to this customer and see no reason for his snide remarks. I'd be curious to know if he hired someone else to correct his problem"

I purchased the light fixtures and smoke detectors ahead of time. He did the work quickly and efficiently and charged a very reasonable price (I had gotten an estimate from someone else for more than double).
