I had one of the worst experiences with Alarm365/ MCI Eastern Security Systems.David DeLucca introduced himself and signed all emails as Alarm365,so I believed I was signing with that company.But the contract was actually tied to MCI Eastern Security System,whose Google reviews are terrible as I found out later. They overcharged me 50% more than we agreed with David, claiming?extra work?was needed because they said I had cut the wires-a false accusation.The invoice even included their 1hr lunch breaks($120each) without deducting that time,city application fees that i paid myself,monitoring fees before even starting it.When I questioned it, Aric was rude,Dave, who promised my price,was suddenly?on leave.? Their work was unprofessional, slow, and not up to code! the Englewood inspector is aware. Another company had to redo everything properly, and they?re aware about bad reputation of MCI/Alarm365. Please read reviews before signing anything ? I wish someone had warned me.
