Time for repainting the house. Giuseppe originally painted the house (new construction) 11 years ago. Paint work this time included full exterior and trim, large deck, the basement bulkhead door, and even a rusting propane tank. He was prompt in providing a quote, and helped us determine the right color combinations. Prep work was mostly power washing as there was no pealing or scaling on the building; all windows and door frames were checked and re-caulked as necessary; also washed and sanded down rust spots on the bulkhead and tank. A great experience for us: the job was completed on time and at the price he quoted. He was always punctual and on the premises when he said he would be, and very efficient in his work; good attention to detail, covered everything in drop cloths each day, and even showed up on a weekend morning to check progress of drying and color matching etc. He also cleaned up his work completely at the end of the day - no paint cans, no drop cloths, no ladders/scaffolding on the premises each night. Giuseppe is an engaging personality too, knows his first priority is to get the work done well but happy to engage in conversation too when we initiated it.
