In short, they took our money and didn't give us a thing. The owner came to the house, but never gave us design recommendations, a plan or even any cost estimate. After 2-3 months of repeated unanswered calls, we finally talked to the manufacturer directly, who informed us that the LED lighting that was recommended at the store was for inside cabinetry, not ceiling installation or insulation contact, never mind over a shower. Had we installed these, it would have been a major fire hazard. After much aggravation and delay, we asked Flemington Lighting for pricing on alternative lighting fixtures to benefit from the design fee credit. We could never get a return call or cost estimate even for that. As a result, we went to another vendor and lost our "design" fee. This process delayed our project for many weeks. They also never arranged the demonstration at the showroom after many attempts to schedule it. The owner of Flemington Lighting is just a scammer who does not even know about the products he carries. Stay out of the store.
