It was wonderful. They just go out of their way to help the customer and with good customer service. They have beautiful products to choose from with diffrent prices.

It was excellent. They were customer focused. They were extremely responsive. They were creative. They were superior on designs.

Wostbrock Floors was amazing!! Steve is a true professional and a master at his craft. I had 2 noticeable stains on my hardwood floors and Steve was the ONLY floor contractor who didn't try to take advantage of me and tell me I had to redo the entire first floor. He repaired the stains by hand and blended them to perfection. No one would ever know!! I wish I had used Wostbrock Floors for my initial installation and refinishing. Steve confirmed my suspicions that something was wrong with the topcoat finish i received. The stains should have never happened if the job was done right. I highly recommend Wostbrock Floors?

Steve was fantastic. He was able to quickly fix a wood floor finishing problem that a previous floor finisher had done improperly. He was very helpful and reasonably priced. A real pro!! Thank you for saving our floor.

I went to them thinking that they were a reputable company. They had asked the contractors that were doing other work in the house to put the baseboards down all over the house, and that they would slip the wood under it. In most spots, they were able to do just that, but in other spots, there is a gap inbetween the baseboards and the floors.  I had purchased the premium wood flooring that was not supposed to have any knots in it. As soon as it was installed, I noticed that it did have knots. Over time, the wood started to separate, and now five years later there are wide spaces all over inbetween the slats. The finish of the floor has rubbed off in high traffic areas of the home as well, which became a problem about 2 and a half years after the installation. Overall I was very disappointed in the quality of the work that was done.

We were very very pleased. They were all very pleasant. They were on time and they worked very hard in the terrible heat. Mr. Wostbrock came by personally. I couldn't have asked for anybody better.

They are excellent - in the shop they are very responsive, helpful, kind and professional. The installer is excellent, professional, courteous, careful, thorough, and pleasant. I would hire them again for sure and plan to do so. They also provided some interior design advice and helpful suggestions for furniture and decor items which we may also purchase from them in the future, but there was no hard sell and they were all about pleasing the customer.

They tried real hard and they were pretty reliable. They were reasonable. They had good collection of stuff and particular items.

Excellent outcome. In August, 2011 a New Mirage Oak pre-finished floor was installed in a 300 SF addition in about 4 hours by Rinaldo, who really knows his craft. Steve Wostbrock was continually involved in oversight. They had a vast array of flooring samples on display in their showroom, combined with the expert help of Heidi Wostbrock, which helped us arrive at our decision to select the Mirage product. (All other bidders--culled from high ratings on Angie's List--came in with a couple of pathetic samples, and had little awareness of Mirage, which is clearly a superior product.) In November 2011, Steve completed the refinishing of the "old" floors in the project. Although the contract called for a primer plus two finish coats, our 90-year-old floors needed additional coats to bring them up to the semi-gloss level level we had agreed upon. Steve Wostbrock personally took care of the additional two coats that were needed tobring the job to the intended outcome, at no extra charge to us. If you want a family-owned firm who will ensure that the result is of the highest quality, you should consider Wostbrock.

The owner, Steve, came to give me the estimate. He came within two days of my visiting the store and taking home samples. I knew what I wanted--it was simple--I wanted to match the existing floors on the first floor as closely as possible--so I didn't get anything fancy. He gave me a price during the first visit.

The job was scheduled about two weeks later, at my convenience, and the materials were delivered to my home about 3 days in advance of the work.

Steve and his installer arrived early on the scheduled day and as promised, the job took all day and was finished in one day. The walls and door frames did get a little marred, but nothing too serious. A little touch-up paint and all is well. Everything was left pretty clean, although there's unavoidable dust everywhere. That just goes with the territory of floor installation.

The floors look FABULOUS!!! They did such terrific work and Steve, the owner, was so great about checking in with his installer, Renaldo, and he came back the next day to touch things up and to make a small repair on a door frame. There was a problem with the new floor height vs. the existing floor around the bannister spindles, so a nice molding was stained to match and expertly installed for no extra charge.

It looks amazing, adds tremendous beauty and value to the house and we are very, very satisfied. Plus, it always feels great to support a local, family-owned business. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They were outstanding. Steve Wostbrock was easy to work with. In addition to the estimate he gave us various options with scope of work and price. This helped in making a final decision. He supervised the job and there were no surprises. The work crew was professional. We're received many compliments on the result.

Wostbrock is a small, family owned business, so the people you talk to are actually in charge of doing the work. Steve Wostbrock not only came and gave us the estimate, but was here every day with the crew. They worked hard, and totally cleaned up after themselves when they were done. All we had to do was move back our furniture and belongings. I have already hired them again to do a runner for our staircase.

THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT THE WORK WAS GOOD. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESS. THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE DONE.
