WORLD CLASS HARDWOOD FLOORING

This vendor was supposed to refinish the floors in my new home. He knew we were on a tight timeline and said this was completely fine. My husband and I met with him twice. On the day he was supposed to start the job, he did not show up and had his wife call later that day to say he had a car issue and would start the following day. The following day, he just never showed up. According to painters who were at the house, he did show up, but had a tough time fitting his truck up our narrow driveway and simply left. He had mentioned his concern over this to my husband, to which we pointed out that if the driveway was too narrow, there was plenty of room on the street. He made no further comment. After leaving our home, he did not call us and did not return any of our many attempts to call him. Jeff came highly recommended by family members but we were all horrified to see how he handled this situation. He was highly unprofessional.

Did a fine job of sanding and refinishing but never returned to finish the job (final coat, install trim) after being paid. Repeated phone calls went unanswered.
