Most of the SBS rubberized (silver coating) came off withing weeks because the roof was never cleaned of so as the dirt and dust got washed away so did the silver coat. Then noticed he never fixed the air pockets and replace with new material. The roof continues to leak. I spoke with STeve Eli and he promised on many occasions he would go back and make repairs. I even had several appointments set up to meet him and discuss and he never showed up and 6 months later nothing was fixed and he doesn't return my phone calls anymore.
