I called Ridgewood Appliance to send someone to fix my washing machine. They send a technician from a local company who did not complete the service.  My basement was covered in water twenty minutes after he left. I called the company numerous times and spoke with many people including George, who was supposed to be a manager which was completely pointless. I left numerous messages for someone to call me back and NO ONE EVER DID!!!  I had to contact my credit card company to put a hold on the payment.  What an ordeal and a total waste of time.  I would NOT recommend. I am still waiting my refund........
