In regards to the sale of our house in December of 2013, the entire experience, from start to finish, could best be described as entirely painless and seamless due to the efforts of Mr Waddell of Keller Williams Village Square Realty. From the initial meeting to the closing, he was honest, open, and forthright about current progress; concurrently with setting reasonable expectations, all of which were on target, for the future events. He was constantly available via Email and telephone to answer any and all questions. He also injected a good deal of exceptional humor into the situation to keep things on course while maintaining focus when a slight detour was encountered. The support from the well trained staff and support group was tremendous. The back office group, the photographer, and everyone else did a superb job in a timely and efficient manner to support him, us, and to facilitate a quick sale at a good price. I must also complement him on interfacing very well with other realtors and prospective buyers with whom we dealt. He managed their activities to move forward quickly to a decision point regarding the sale without price penalties or emotional frenzies. Based on the level of interest and speed when the house entered the market, it was correctly priced. Yet another measure of his expertise was that the house sold above asking. The short number of days on market was also due directly to his ability and skill. I would unequivocally recommend Mr Waddell and Keller Williams Village Square Realty without reservation to anyone contemplating sale or purchase of a property or house.
