On Dec 30,2023 I had hired Jersey Tree Care who cut down few trees in my backyard. They came with chipper truck and smaller tree picking vehicle and unbolted my two backyard entrance doors for their movement. The doors were not put back and are still lying on the floor and the lawn is ruined badly. Since January , I have been calling them and after promise to take care and excuses one after another, I am exhausted and want to warn others to do no business with them. The owner Kevin picks up the phone, promises but never executed. Stay away from them if you want peace of mind.

So i hired Kevin and his team to cut some trees down. I would not recommend him. His team is unprofessional. They acted like they owned the place and drove their machines on surfaces not made to handle that weight and equipment. He actually damaged my front walkway, and has not made me whole. He keeps dodging my texts and never returns calls - why would he, he got paid. During the process of cutting the tree, they actually damaged some of my neighboring arborvitae trees. He promised he would be careful and tie it back to avoid damages, that didn't happen. After the job was done, I had to inspect things, and they left me tons to cleanup after the mess they made. I asked them to clean some of the heavy items, and his workers were not happy. They just insisted I pay them already, and then he counted the money in front of me, like a drug dealer. Bottom line is these guys can't be trusted to perform on a professional manner and treat its customers with respect. I have given Kevin more than 5 months to make me whole on the damages, and sent over 20 texts. His word is worthless. I should have read the other reviews before I hired and paid him. Find a better professional. They are out there.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! failed to complete the job due to lack of oversight of tree trimming crew, sales guy returned next morning to get payment, accepted full payment from me on good faith on his promise that they would return promptly to trim the final (and most urgent) branch that went undone, multiple promises on text from salesperson and owner over the course of 3 MONTHS went unfulfilled. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE- You have so many choices....

The original quote was a fair price and they came as planned to remove several bushes though the job was not finished. The work I am asking to be completed was specified in the contract. I paid for the services. I have asked about 20 times for Kevin to return. I have spoken with Alyssa and Kevin who each ask me to speak to the other. I reviewed and sent pictures If the work which might take about two hours to do. I have been promised three times that they would return within the week. I recommend you do not pay until you have clearly gotten what you asked for and I would not trust them when they say they will come to finish your job. These are images I took the day after the job was complete of one of the flower beds that was supposed to be cleared.

They followed through and did everything they said they would. They worked quickly and finished the job in a timely manner even working through a cold drizzly day that I did not expect them to show up on! The property was left in great condition despite the fact that the job required a lot of heavy equipment.

Jersey Tree Care was incredible. I have dealt with more than 100 vendors in my 25 years of private school administration and Jersey Tree Care is in the top 3. The showed up when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would. I found their prices to be better than competitive. They were clean and every person I either spoke with or emailed with was professional and courteous. A bad ice storm was predicted and I had a tree that would definitely hit the power lines. I called and they gave an estimate the same day. The price and payment option was so fair that I asked if they could remove three other 20 for trees as well. They came two days later and did the work. They were quick and professional. I have recommended them to everyone I know in need of tree work. AND....I no longer have to worry about trees damaging my house or power lines!

The service was amazing! Fast and easy. Kevin came to my home, explained everything from beginning to end. His crew was great and didn’t leave a trace. Everyone was respectful and job was done within 2 days of my estimate! I would recommend to anyone and definitely going to use them in the future.

He's excellent, very good, fair and great guy. been working with him for the past 10 years or so. Very professional, punctual and always on time and very responsive. Clean and Neat, very responsible. He cuts only the branches that needs to be cut.
