They ran a complete diagnostic routine my dead HTC One X cellular phone They determined that the problem was caused by a "fried" mother board. They looked into replacing the dead mother board and informed me that it was not worth the cost of doing the repair and that I should replace the phone. The did not try and sell me a new phone, but recommended that I go back to AT&T to get a replacement. I dropped off the phone with them on Saturday, June 21, 2014, and they promised to contact me by Tuesday, June 24, 2014. They called me at 10AM on Tuesday, June 24 as promised. When I picked up the old phone I was informed that there was no charge ($0.00) for the diagnostic evaluation.
