Mr. Tom Murphy helped guide me through the daunting process of finding, selecting and signing up for Long-Term Health Care Insurance. Because I was pushing a deadline whereby my age could prevent me from being eligible, Mr. Murphy worked long and hard to accommodate me.
He visited my home on numerous occasions to talk through plans, costs, options, and advised according to my needs and expectations. He was available, also, by phone and email. He always got back to me promptly when I had questions which in today's world is rare indeed.
He navigated the minefields of the Long Term Health Insurance business and narrowed down the information so I could make decisions based on a clearer understanding. He went beyond the call of duty to help gather information needed for the application: calling doctors, finding previous health history, etc.
Very important, Mr. Murphy is a supportive and caring person. His generosity and unsparing support meant worlds to me.
The result was a LTHC plan that makes me sleep a little better at night. And I know his support continues.
