Bella Cleaning & Carting

This company is so unprofessional the owner is a scammer. He speaks to you so nicely and cons you in the end of your projects. Project 1: He charges you 250 for the dumpster and then tells you it's only $90 a ton . But here is the funny part he makes fake dumping tickets and then gives it to you. Instead of being a scale ticket he puts a manual and gives it to customers like me who ask for it because something didn't add up to the price for this project. Most people wouldn't even ask for the dumping ticket and they would just blindly pay this company. project 2: We had him do a cleanup at a project site where his men broke a 4 car garage even more with his equipment. At first I told him we would not pay more than 2000 for this clean up. After two weeks without hearing from him  he is on site doing work and now telling me it's going to be more but he promises it won't be more than $3000. I had never told him to start in the first place.  After that he is begging me telling me he is losing money and he has to be paid $3800 now because he is claiming that he didn't make anything. So the nice person I am pays him $3600 and $200 on top for a tip because he asked for it . What owner of a company asks for tips ? Also I paid all this still not knowing my garage is damaged as well. Project 3- Now this scammer knows I know about him fake dump tickets so now he has 2 containers on my site now he wants money upfront and wont move my containers . He is delaying my project now for a week and he acts like a child. I would encourage anyone in the area not to do work with this guy. He is a scammer and very good at tricking people. Bella Carting delivered the container two days later and never showed up to pick up the container until 8 days later. The day of the original pick up Ben Raabe, the owner of Bella Carting, could not be reached. The driver picked up his phone and was unprofessional and belligerent. In fact, he stated that he would make it his duty not to pick up the container. When I finally got a hold of Ben, he promised to have a driver pick up the container the next day. And of course that did not happen for another 7 days. They never called me or picked up the phone when I called. WARNING TO EVERYONE!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH BELLA CARTING!!!
