We are a One Stop Shop that does everything to our Customers/Clients likings & we are 24/7 at our clients disposal. So whether you want a full addition or a kitchen or bathroom completely gutted & renovated brand new we are the company that can make this happen.

We start the job, we finish the job - we do not float from one job to the other, or shall I say we satisfy our clients & by doing so get rewarded with many, many referrals. Mike Polowitz (owner) was at the job site every day. His crew worked hard through 100 degree days and were very careful to build the deck to the specs we agreed to. He and his crew did an excellent re-building the substructure to our deck and providing an excellent finished product. Mike also had to deal with the Town of Englewood to get all of our permits, not an easy task. Mike came recommended by a friend and is someone I would use again.
Description of Work: We had a new 500 Sq ft deck built. The deck was made from Timbertech. We also had a small footbridge and path rebuilt. We recently purchased a house that needed an overhaul in the backyard.

We at UMS had the pleasure of working for [member name removed] - who had recently purchased a house in Englewood, NJ - we were hired to re-build a deck & bridge out of TimberTech materials & myself & my men had a very challenging job ahead of us being that the entire sub-structure to the deck was completely rotten, footings were not in the proper locations - etc., etc - Not your normal replacement of a deck & bridge. Needless to say we responded to the challenge, submitted plans to the township, waited for our approvals, received all our inspections & I'm happy to say today that not only is the TimberTech deck extremely nice But TimberTech has officially granted UMS to be a Preferred TimberTech Professional Installer & is now on TimberTech's website to be a go to company in these Northern, NJ communities. We at UMS appreciated working with [member name removed] & [member name removed] as they came highly recommended from a very close family friend who we have done a lot of work for in the past. We hope that the homeowners are satisfied & we know we did everything humanely possible to make this happen - enjoy the deck & your new home.
