Bathtub Restoration
The tub has been peeling and cracking since several weeks after the job was done. All they do is come back and do a little touch up. I now have many cracks and the very unprofessional woman who answers told me she "can't have people just coming back to touch up." I agree. I don't want them coming back and touching up. I want to know why the problem is happening in the first place. This reglazing is garanteed for 10 years and it's not lasted one. I have been calling now for 3 weeks and she will give me no answer, nor will she allow me to speak to a boss. The worst part is this company screwed me in 2007. I had no idea it was the same people when I refinished again in 2012. They were originally from Paramus with a new location now in Ridgefield NJ. I would never have used them again
