Nice people, but be careful as they underestimate projects. They charged my credit card even if they didn’t finish the job. They were supposed to brush and spray the entire house to cleanup the mold, but they didn’t brush the whole house. I have attached a picture with an example that shows their work (the left side is how ProServ left it, the right side is after I brushed it myself and cleaned it). This is just a small section of the project. And they charged my credit card without my permission. I called them at least 20 times and eventually the manager (Sebastian) came onsite to review the situation. He agreed that they underestimated the project and that is why they didn't complete the work. He left saying that he was going to see what he could do. Unfortunately I never heard back from him. So just be careful if you are looking to hire them for a project.

They did a terrific job .... Showed up on time; very courteous, worked very late on several days to get certain areas done. Now they are about to restore (kitchen floor, lower level sheet rock on walls and ceiling, as well as about 900sf of carpeting!) I wouldn't have anyone else do it b/c these guys stand by their word.
Description of Work: Had a major flood from main level to lower level ... washing machine hose broke and water was gushing out for about 18 hours! I called Bree at ServPro and she had a crew at my house with all the equipment within 1 hour!
