The owner said that he would be calling me to set up the day to come and do the work, but he never called me back. I went and hired another plumber instead.

the new heater. We had just moved into this house and we were having problems with getting hot water for our shower. Upon calling CJ plumbers they did come promptly and said that they would have a new water heater the next day which they did. However after installing it, we still had no hot water. The owner then thought that it was a defect in the sensor of the new water heater. He called his son to come who realized the problem was a switch on the other side of the basement. That when the switch was down we would have hot water in the shower and when the switch was up there was no hot water. Naturally the switch had been down.
So I said that then maybe I didn't even need a new hot water heater and the answer was the other one was old.
Even with this mistake I did call them in June to do some other plumbing work and I spoke directly to them and was told they would call me the following week. I never heard from them again and I hired a different plumber.

We have used CJ Plumbing for many years... they are simply the best! Not only Carmine and his crew are competent, attentive, and always prompt if there is an emergency, but they are also willing to explain the problem and find the most efficient solution for it. We had them install and repair several heating units and water heaters in many of the homes we moved to, and in some of our rentals and they always demonstrated top notch professionalism. We also had broken pipes replaced and and leaks repaired and C+J Plumbing always did their job with maximum competency and cleaned everything before leaving.
!I can't recommend them strongly enough . Everybody in our extended family and all our friends are now using them!
