Response was excellent. We asked for places were we could go and see example of there work and the responded with over a half dozen styles and installations. Weather kept putting off installation but they arrived on the appointed day. The two days before New Years and worked two days on the project. There men were profession and did a craftsmanship job. They were polite and cleaned up the entire area including the trimming of bushes and ground cover. Out of all the company's that gave us estimates, Chris was the most professional and answered all of our question and concerns. He laid out the entire project from start to finish, It really was a pleasure and would work with them again in the future.

Admiral sent crew to repair fence with one of the owners in the late afternoon and they seemed rushed and they were quickly losing
the daylight. My observation was they seemed to be in a rush to just put the fence up and get their money and go home.
The next day I felt a little uneasy about the repair and tried on three different occasions to contact the vendor, they have
a answering machine but very rarely return calls. I just hoped for the best.
The storm of December 20th with heavy rains and high winds proved that Admiral
Fence had done a shoddy repair when the fence completely came down.
I immediately called Admiral Fence and got through to the receptionist and informed her of the
situation and was told that Chris would be in touch with me.
I week later not a call or any customer support by Admiral Fence.
I will no longer make any contact with this most unprofessional contractor and if they had any
sense of pride in their workmanship, they would give me a full refund.

"After hurricane Sandy, we were contacted by Member to repair an existing PVC fence that was originally installed by another contractor. To our best efforts, we attempted to match the material and repair the fence as best we could. The fence was repaired in two separate places (1- 8 foot section each). Weeks later after a heavy wind storm damaged 1 of the repaired sections. Member again contacted us to rectify this problem. In as timely a fashion as possible, due to our closing for the holiday season, we sent a representative to asses the damage and what would be needed to remedy it. Once there ,no one was home on 1/3/13 and a hand written note on company letterhead explaining that we needed an item ordered which we do not stock would be needed, and we would return to fix the problem once we received it FREE OF CHARGE. The letter was placed in one of the letter boxes at the home. Days later Member left a message at our office stating that he obtained another contractor to fix the problem. A returned phone call and voicemail to him by us was not returned. This review and correspondence on Angie's list which we received on 1/18/2013 is the first we have had with him since that date."
