From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. They were especially careful with fragile items and made sure everything was packed securely and transported safely. Nothing was damaged, and everything arrived exactly as it left. What really impressed me was their positive attitude and clear communication throughout the day. Even when faced with tight corners and stairs, they stayed calm, courteous, and efficient. Don't know who's writing all those positive reviews about this company, probably they themselves. This company has a BBB rating of F and deservedly so. They will give you a low estimate but then jack the price up when they actually show up on the day of the move. They gave my daughter an estimate based on a very detailed list of everything that needed to be moved -- the number of large, medium, small boxes, furniture items, etc. They had very exact and detailed information. Yet when they showed up on the day of the move, right away they said that my daughter's stuff was going to take much more space than they thought and more than doubled the price. And they knew exactly when giving an estimate how much stuff and of what size they were going to move. Reading other reviews, it appears that that's the company's standard operating procedure -- give a very low estimate and then raise the price sharply. They also promised to deliver the same day, but delivered two days later.

This company was sent to help us move through the brokerage company, Guardian Movers. The entire experience was so horrid, it has taken me weeks to process. The movers showed up and immediately began roughly handling things. Nothing was explained to me, and the process quote we were given was ?invalid? as we were quoted over FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS more. When we began to grow uncomfortable with the movers conduct and showed hesitancy on continuing the move, the man in charge threw documents and screamed in my mothers face before storming out and attempting to leave with our things. When we confirmed the cancelation of the move due to the frankly ABUSIVE treatment from staff, they demanded $200 in cash per mover present (totaling $1k) in order to unload the truck. This is ILLEGAL and EXTORTION. We had to threaten police action before they unlocked the truck. Then, all of our things were TOSSED roughly and THROWN back into our garage. Not everything even made it back. 0 stars.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was kind. However, the estimate was $2,189.90. All items were accurately reported. When the movers arrived, my bill went to $4,140.00, a difference of $1,950.10. It would have been cheaper to sell the limited items that I owned and then purchased new items after I moved; hence, I would have had over $4k to purchase new items. My biggest regret is not reading everyone's review; I only saw the ratings out of 5. I felt whole heartedly that I was scammed, blindsided by all of the Upcharges, which are NOT listed in the fine print.

This is the moving company from hell. They will give you an estimate for 2K and charge you 4.5K after the truck is loaded. They will show up for delivery 10pm at night. They will break and damage your goods and finally they will not answer calls once the have your payment. You have been warned.

We decided to use New State Transport after being referred to them by a coworker. It was an excellent service. The Movers have done an immaculate and neat service without any damage. They were very polite, friendly, professional, and careful with all of our belongings. The office person(Mosa) has been responsive with quotes and additional information. The team from this company was great and did a super job. And the price was the most competitive among well-known movers in the market. We recommend New State Transport to use them again for sure.

By far the best movers around! I moved during an April norâ easter and these guys could not of been better in the difficult conditions. Extremely fast and efficient. They handled all of my furniture with care. I would certainly hire them again for any future moves. Iâ ve already recommended them to others.

Office staff was super helpful and help me book super last minute, for the next day. The guys showed up and were super professional, pleasant, and moved things really efficiently. The price is high, but the service was exceptional so I don't regret paying it. Might still search for a slightly less expensive option in the future.

These guys were great... super careful unloading my moving truck, even helping move an extra refrigerator around. When I had to stop to remove some doors, they immediately went to work on some other stuff. Super nice and hard-working, would recommend.

Great experience with New State Transport team. Kept us informed at all times and were very professional. They were extremely careful with our packages, assembled the required we requested and we very patient and did a thorough job! Would be reaching out to them again in the near future. 18-I am in South Florida. The move (empty a three-bedroom storage unit into a new property) occurred in Ohio. Moussa and Sarah were great. Sarah managed my cost and time-to-completion expectations by staying in contact (via phone) regarding progress. There were a bit more items to move than what was initially projected but they pushed to keep the move within the agreement - which (in the end) we exceeded by a little under 30 minutes. Good move, good folks. Sure, I'd recommend them - and do a more realistic estimate of help needed.

We would like to thank Mossa and his team for their excellent service in moving our shipment of very fragile items from the warehouse to our home. They provided these services for us third year in a row! They arrived on time and completed the job very skillfully in a very efficient manner. They were very well coordinated and even took their short rest breaks in a very planned manner that did not affect their speed or rhythm in completing the job. We highly recommend them to deliver excellent service every time.

Sarah and his team of two more gentlemen Mossa and Riche did an outstanding job moving our belongings from the apartment to the storage unit. Professionally fit every single piece of ours into a storage unit making sure nothing is left behind. Outstanding! Even the rain didn't affected a work pace and everything was done meticulously and in a timely manner. Much appreciated and cannot recommend enough services for your residential moving needs!

Ralph and his crew did an amazing job! They showed up right on time, and were very quick to check out my place and get prepared to start with the move. Everyone in the crew was working hard while also taking care with my furniture and boxes. I would recommend Alma Moving and this crew to anyone looking to make a move. He is a great guy and so are the people working with him.

The online booking is easy, and I booked a Truck when I needed an item delivered. There was good communication and updates from New State Transport and the Driver, who was extremely friendly and helpful. My friend recommended this company, and I will recommend New State Transport to my friends and family.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service and care in moving my furnishings. Although I take my share of the blame for not giving accurate information on the quantity of my furnishings, the estimate given was thousands under the actual cost of the move. I would never give an estimate over the phone again. What made it worse was the amount of damage to my goods. I signed a waver not understanding the consequences making the company not liable for damage. Boxes were crushed and my grandfather clock was destroyed. It was an overall dramatic experience.

I hired this company for my move from New Jersey to Florida. They made it super easy and stress-free. The movers were professional, courteous, and handled my belongings with care. Would definitely use them again in the future.
