J&J CHIMNEY SWEEP

J&J was very responsive.  They were recommended by a neighbor and they cleaned the gutters on 2 levels of our home.  We had recently purchased the home and they were great.  They also took a look at the chimney flashing that our inspector had pointed out and were very honest.  They said it was ok for now, but we would have to have it replaced in the future.  We will definitely call them for gutter cleaning and to replace the flashing in the future.  On time and did a great job.

They are very thorough in cleaning the gutters. They also do the chimney and are very honest. We have had companies in the past tell us that we needed to replace our lining and he could have very easily told us that we needed our chimney cleaned. He looked at it and informed us that we didn't need it cleaned at the time. We really appreciate his honesty.

John Kane did a great job, I would use them again. Very fairly priced and everything that they did looks solid. My only complaint is that they rarely answer the phone. They will get back to you if you leave a message, but the answering machine is usually what you'll get when you call.

Another company told me it needed a lot of repair. They said it did not need repair and only charged me a service call.

We were satisfied by the job that they did as they cleaned up the mess very well afterwards. They are punctual, very professional and we liked the price that they finally gave us. We will use them again.
