Virtyt (Vinny) Zeka was phenomenal. Out of the three contractors who came to give an estimate, he was the only one who took extra time to investigate the problem and, ultimately, the issue was not what the other contracts said it was! Vinny was extremely professional and a true pleasure to work with - he had provided the quote and documented the issue with photos, delivered the replacement part and performed the repairs on schedule that he had initially provided. I highly recommend this company and would use them again!
