We have been using them for a few years and it has always been really expensive and things have always broken and not worked. It has been a nightmare scheduling with them, they showed up hours late or would not come at all. I fought with them on the phone several times. I swore that I would tell everybody that they should not go to these people and that they were the worst. They were extremely rude to us and we spent a lot of money with them to try to get our air conditioners working.
