I've used them for a long time. It would also include any service calls during the heating season. There have been occasionally very minor problems over the years and their price tends to be too high at times.

They come every year. They charge about $250 to $300 for the service plan. That covers service calls made the heating season. Occasionally I have had very minor problems over the years. Their price seems to be too high at times.

They are very competitively priced. I have used them for many years now. No plans to change. They're very good in pointing out if there's anything not quite right with the furnace. Even if it's working very well they do the service and they tell me that it's in great shape. They're very good. They've changed my thermostat. They're very responsive when I call them if I think there's something wrong or the heat is not coming on and they were there right away. Very reasonable.

They were very good, very efficient

These professionals worked efficiently and effectively, while protecting my property, basement. The furnace was installed within their estimated time in such a manner that it was hard to tell they had even entered my home. Most importantly, the on-site workers put down protective tarp in every area that they performed work to protect the lawn, floor, stairs and outside area. Anyone in need of a new furnace or just to have their furnace repaired, this company is one of the best in the business within the northern New Jersey area. I would highly recommend Dowling Fuel mainly because of their service and professionalism. I've been a very satisfied customer for the last five (5) years with their on-time fuel delivery. You never have to worry about 'We'll be their between some ridiculous hours' commitments.

Dowling Fuel Company has been very responsive and prompt with their service. I have an annual contract with them which covers service and small repairs. I like that they keep track of when I'm due for service and call first to set up a time. They have always showed up on time. The price is very reasonable.

This company deserves five stars in my book. The work was great. They cleaned up. They were punctual and used time management to get the job done right. Now I found them to be affordable but I am estimating on the price I am quoting. I may have paid slightly more. Still, I paid a great price for services well done.
