This is a fantastic contractor. We live in an old house with a small kitchen and bathroom. After the work was done, we have a great, beautiful kitchen and a bathroom that people think is "wow." Mark, the wonderful individual we dealt with, told us that the laundry room on the first floor would be one of the things we loved the most and he was so right. He also designed a built in clothes closet, linen closet and utility closet in that room that saved space and is an absolute godsend. The people he had doing the work were punctual, honest and very professional. Each day, they cleaned up after themselves and never left a disgusting mess. Mark was always around to check the progress and make sure that everything was going as planned. You often hear horror stories about contractors showing up and starting a job and then disappearing for days and weeks on end. This never happened. ONCE THEY STARTED THE JOB, THEY WERE ALWAYS THERE. Every one of the subcontractors were very professional and very good at their particular specialty. We had been given a particular time period for the completion of the work and it was finished a good two weeks before that time. That was amazing and a wonderful surprise. When the inspectors from the town came in to sign off on the job, they all said that it was really amazing and the work was terrific; they were extremely impressed with the quality of the work. We couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out and would recommend this company in a heartbeat. There was absolutely nothing to criticize and everything to praise. We did not put in the cost of service because that's sort of a private matter.
