I probably paid less for a high-quality bicycle, then what I would have paid for a piece of junk, at a big box store. John, the owner, is a great guy. The staff is top notch. I would recommend this place to a beginner, or a professional. They have it all.

The technicians are all bike enthusiast. One of them is the holder of a Yellow Jersey. They go out of their way for you - their prices are always fair. The owner, John, is a fantastic person. They've been in business since 1987. They don't simply put the bike together and send you out the door - they do a complete set-up of your body so that it is compatible to the bike.

Terrific service....very helpful and extremely quick.

Overall, it went fantastic because he was crowded and he kept working on my bike and explaiing to me what the other person did. After all the time he spent working on my bike he only charged me $44. which made me feel so much better because I appreciated that he took it right away and took the time to explain what happened and didn't have the heart to charge me after I got ripped off for $100. If you are a new bike owner, don't go to any bike store to buy a bike. Go to a reputable store where they ride bikes themselves and they want you to have the best bike you can afford. I learned the hard way because I went to bike stores where they didn't care if the bike fit you or not and that is very important. When I buy my; next bike it will be at Cosmic Wheel because he will sell me exactly what I need and will fit me by putting my feet on the pedals and pedallling. I even overheard him say to regular customers that wanted a bike fror their child, that he would work out a great price so they could afford it. Do not go to just any bike store. Don't buy the first bike you see. Read up about bikes and buy it from a reputable dealer. Sincerely

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They help us figure out what size bike to get for our son. My husband used to race bicycles, so he knows about (adult) bikes and has been to many bike shops. He is very pleased with their service, knowledge and selection. Best of all, my son loves the bike. We will definitely go there again for our kids' (and my husband's) next bike.

Everything was pretty ordinary. I spent a good bit more than I anticipated but a new bike would have been more.

I went there to go buy a bike not really sure what I was looking for. They took care of me from start to finish, showing me my options and took the time to get the right bike for me. When I got there to pick it up they took the time to install all the accessories for free and then custom fit the bike to my body. A great experience on a great bike. Plus they told me to come back soon for a free tune up. They really wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
