BANNER CONSTRUCTION

Banner acted as GC and said all necessary DOB permits were secured...but never pulled the required plumbing permit; as a result, DOB didn't close the project. When this was discovered years later, Banner accepted no responsibility, blaming first the architect and then the homeowner. Whoever was supposed to do the filing, the simple fact is that Banner's plumber worked this project with NO PERMIT, and that can't be excused. This was a huge headache and very costly to fix.

They were easy to work with. Their workmanship and sub-contractors were just stellar. They did a great job. I had a lot of complications getting things of truth to the COA Org. This gentleman that runs Banner is an accurate applicant for me. It was not just the great job that they did in terms of the construction but also in supporting me as a client. The name of the owner is Kevin, the manager of the project was terrific, and the woman who runs their office, named Roice, was on the spot for everything I needed. They were very good and great all the way around. They were in a position to do what they gave me terrific recommendation. There is no set price. It depends on what you are having done. Their bid was very competitive. I got 3 or 4 quotes on the work I wanted done.

They are very professional, and easy to work with. We have never had a squabble about price. There are never add on unless I approve. There workers are proficient. It is a very positive experience. They clean up. I trust them to take care of our house, even when I am not there. There are no problems with language. They are wonderful.
