Horrible! Began working with company in August of 2006, picking designs and getting estimates completed. At that point, was given a work window (albeit somewhat lengthy) of about six weeks to completion. That included waiting for the cabinets to be delivered from the factory. Everything appeared to be going on schedule, until the cabinets arrived. The company delivered them to our house, then ripped out the old cabinets; unfortunately, they didn't check to see if the delivery was correct (as it wasn't) - one of the cabinets was the wrong size and had to be re-ordered (another three week delay - only now we have no cabinets in our kitchen and the measurements for the counter-top couldn't be completed). Finally all the pieces arrived, the measurements took place, the countertop and back splash all installed - however very poor installation, gaps between cabinets. All in all the overall project wasn't completed until two weeks before Christmas (nearly four months after we began work).
