Horrible horror!

From start to finish my experience with RBA Homes was professional and characterized by outstanding attention to detail. They helped me through both the financing arrangements and the design process and kept me well informed throughout the entire construction process as well. The sales staff offered many wonderful suggestions regarding the open floor plan I wanted and were very patient and willing to listen to my lifestyle needs. Since I opted for the and quot;Fully Finishedand quot; package, the price of the modular was a very important factor for me. RBA helped me design an affordable new home that stayed within my budget. Even change orders were handled in a very fair and professional manner, often with options at various price points. The transition from planning stage to construction phase was seamless. Everyone in the company was knowledgeable about my project , helpful and courteous. They exceeded my expectations in the time frame it took to complete the home as well as the quality and workmanship of the finishing. Even service issues were handled promptly. The work was done in a timely manner, and RBA kept the project moving at a steady pace considering it was imperative that I move in before my children started a new school year. I am extremely pleased with my new home. I would definitely recommend RBA to anyone who is looking to build a custom modular home and would certainly consider building again with them in the future.
