Pelco HVAC LLC

My furnace was working, but I had been advised by a service technician from another company that I needed a new furnace and he gave me a quote. I asked if an owner, manager or a salesman could instead contact me. He said that technicians did it instead. I did not think he knew the features well enough to inspire confidence in a purchase price that seemed a bit high. Mike Crespo, owner of PELCO was referred to me by my brother. He did a full inspection of my furnace. He believed the burner would last for one or two years but I should consider replacing it then. He offered to replace the chimney, which was dangerous due to rust. When I told him that I would be listing the house for sale in the next 18 - 24 months, he said I should replace it because it would not be adequate for a home inspection. He was efficient, thorough and less expensive by almost $1,000 than the "big name" service company that had been doing the annual maintenance on the furnace for twenty years. That company has just become too big and lost touch with me as the homeowner. I would recommend PELCO to my friends and neighbors.

The overall experience was obsoletely amazing.  This is company that usually deals with large corporations but yet they have the personal touch to make a home owner feel like I?m their largest customer.  Mike (owner) of Pelco HVAC came in late winter along with several others to give me an estimate to replace both zones of my central air-condition.  He was the only that was honest enough to not try to hide little items, gave me an overall cost and then told me if some items were not need the price would come down not never up.  Sure enough the price came down because of items that were able to be reused.  Several other companies in their estimate never included those which were required items. 

When it came time to do the work they were extremely efficient and clean.  Even though we had bitter cold temperatures and a minor weather set back they never charged extra for taking a little more time to ensure everything was done proper and to code.

One of our furnaces stopped working during the coldest week of the year. Pelco came and replaced it the very next day.

Excellent results. We highly recommend them. Pelco performed the furnace replacement portion of a larger job of converting our house from oil to gas service.
The installation of new furnaces and the removal of the old furnaces was done very professionally. They explained every step of the process and worked in a well-coordinated fashion with Perfect Plumbing, the company installing the gas piping inside the house.
Pelco kept us informed of the dates of the installation and they were always punctual in arriving when they said they would. All the Pelco employees were friendly and courteous.
Pelco even juggled their schedule around to accommodate us. Since we were converting from oil heat, we did not want to add more oil to our oil tank since we would have to buy more than we needed. As the weather got colder, we started to worry that we would run out of oil. Pelco shifted the schedule so they could get our new furnaces installed to avoid us having to purchase more oil. They really came through for us. Way beyond what was required.
All and all a great contractor experience. I would recommend them for any home HVAC work.

I've had them for 6 or 7 years now. They come whenever I need them. They will come in the dead of winter or the dead of summer whenever I need them. They are very good and will come in emergencies. They will call back at 10 pm on a Saturday night if they are not available until then. They are very good. The unit is awesome and there have been no complications.
