 + -1 moreAll in all things went very well. All that had to do with the plans were right on. We had a framing crew that was the best, receiving complements and praise from the framing inspector. I'm sure having great plans made it easier for them. We had no problems with the building inspector the plans were accepted right away. We had a particular situation with our great room. We did not want any columns and Keith made it happen. We now have engineered trusses built specifically for us and our project. We are so happy with him we are going to use him again to complete our project which includes a back porch with a second story. I'm excited to get back to work. Keith is our first step.
Description of Work: We hired Keith after a recommendation from my husband's brother, a construction supervisor. We wanted to put a second story addition onto our ranch. He took the time to sit and discuss our needs and wants and visited our local building department before getting started. We live on a lagoon and the regulations are much more restrictive. He provided preliminary plans within a week. We sat together again to make minor adjustments. We had no problems with the building department regarding the plans. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We loved the plans.
