All in all things went very well. All that had to do with the plans were right on. We had a framing crew that was the best, receiving complements and praise from the framing inspector. I'm sure having great plans made it easier for them. We had no problems with the building inspector the plans were accepted right away. We had a particular situation with our great room. We did not want any columns and Keith made it happen. We now have engineered trusses built specifically for us and our project. We are so happy with him we are going to use him again to complete our project which includes a back porch with a second story. I'm excited to get back to work. Keith is our first step.
