The ranch home we got is great; we love it. It is well built in general, I would say. Now, I am an electrical engineer and I did find some sloppy electrical work. I took my own time to fix that because I am skilled in that area. In the long and short, I would buy from them again. Their homes are nice and we are pretty pleased with our purchase. We had no major difficulties that people sometimes have with contractors and I think for the most part, we got what we expected.

THEY DIDN'T TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THEY JUST WANTED TO GET IT DONE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THIS AREA. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE JOB. THEY DID NOT RESPOND IN A TIMELY FASHION TO PHONE CALLS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
