I was very satisfied with the services of Doug Cook the inspector representing House 2 Home Inspections. He knew what we was doing. It was a damp rainy day and he didn't shy from bringing his ladder to check the roof and the chimney etc. He reviewed the safety issues with electrical junction boxes in lot of detail. I am very impressed with the level of detail he went to. This is my first home inspection and we are first time home buyers so I don't know if what he did was normal or not, but for the fears I had being not adequately knowledgeable he helped us through all the finer details.
