one of the most professional contractor out there. so knowledgeable and knows the job so well. estimate are so fair and just. he was a contractor on the first day and finished the job as a close friend. if ever we have another project on the house. i would not hesitate to call mr. lauro from dylas. two thumbs way up sir. thank you so much.

Concrete Foundation Installation
Lauro Morales was our contractor for a conversion of my garage into a full apartment (so my elderly parents could move into my home). His work was excellent. We have family members who are builders and they were impressed with the workmanship. In addition, the communication was great, Lauro was reasonable and transparent when unforeseen issues arose, and the job was done expeditiously (excluding the time dealing with the township to get permits, for which Lauro was a big help). My parents were very happy, and Lauro is a nice person.
