The entire process was very smooth, from getting an estimate, to working with the painters, to working with the office assistants. The painters were excellent, they did everything I asked them to do, in a timely manner, and with high quality. Very happy with the exterior and interior house painting they did for us.

Don't use them! I had 4 different crews at my house. The first guy came by himself with no ladder. Had to give him ours. Didn't remove the wallpaper. Painted other rooms. Said the crew tomorrow would remove the paper. Next day 2 guys come & finish most of the painting. Still didn't remove paper. They said call the first guy. He says he's not removing the paper. Call the office, they said someone would come the next day to remove it. No one came. Next day, 1 guy comes with a bucket, no removal tools. Uses water & my husband's tools. Gets about 10 feet off all day. The area is 200 sq ft. Call the insurance office & they finally send a crew with 4 guys. They took down the paper & painted. It looked at first like they did a good job BUT on closer inspection they did not. The wall where the wall paper was was a complete mess. Not spackled properly at all. Marks & holes etc. didn't paint the trim in my hallway, got paint specs all over my floor & my good Ethan Allan buffet. I was so fed up, my husband & I spent the next 2 days spackling & painting & cleaning the mess they made. I let them know & they said we should've called them back to fix it but we were disgusted with them by now. I'm sorry I paid them. They never have to offered me any $ back. Plus I had to buy another can of paint. After spending $2000, I expected much more.it seems as if they take guys off the street to do their jobs. Not professional painters. Very, very disappointed. Don't use them!!!

DO NOT recommend CertaPro. Estimate arrived promptly, thereafter customer service was awful. Several calls had to be made to schedule painting of the outside of my house, a date was agreed, I took the day off from work, however workers did not show up till four days later, during this time not one word was hear from CertaPro to explain or communicate or apologize for the delay. The amount of workers and their arrival was inconsistent, some days one guy, some days two, some days no workers. Their was no leadership or foreman on job, and me as the homeowner had to consistently monitor the job to see that it was being done to agreed upon specifications. The quality of the paint job was average, many spots were missed, clean up of work area was not done, and large areas were not caulked as agreed upon in the contract. Entire job took almost two weeks to complete. A week later a manger named Dino came by to collect the money, I expressed my concerns about the shoddy work, he agreed with me and said someone would be by, even it were himself to correct the errors. That was two weeks ago and still have not heard nor seen anyone from CertaPro. Again this was simply more false promises from CertaPro. Based on my experience with CertaPro I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had three neighbors ask who I used to paint the house, I discouraged them from using CertaPro. As a matter of fact, I recommended two other contractors that I wish I had used rather then CertaPro. One contractor named Santos estimate was slightly higher but I am sure he and his crew would have done a much better job all the way around. CertaPros radio ads featuring Pat McCann raving about CertaPro are all false, just lip service. We painted our house 20 years ago, it took us less time and we did a better job, and we are not professional painters. And because the representative Dino did not return to correct the errors, I now have to make the corrections. Thus consuming even more of my time. CertaPro consumed and wasted so much of my time, it is disgusting. Awful, awful customer service.

Always on time and pleasant. We had a complicated job with changing a lot of dark molding and trim to white as well as removing ancient wall paper. The rooms look great and so much brighter!

From first contact with Anna Krasnik, Office Manager, our entire experience was truly a pleasure. We appreciated Anna's efficiency with regard to setting up our estimate, patient and prompt responses to questions and her followup. Our project was supervised by Sebastion who was a delight to work with. Prep work and painting was done with efficiency and precision. Each evening, there was great effort to do a thorough cleanup before leaving. We did have one "miscommunication" but that was handled and resolved by the franchise owner, Peter Throndson, with professionalism and class. This was the best painting experience we have had in the 30 years we've owned our home. Without any hesitation, we highly recommend CertaPro, Eastern Monmouth.

The entire experience, from meeting Al Jones for the estimate to coordinating the work with Anna Krasnik (the project manager), was outstanding. The job was completed without incident, and the workmanship was excellent. They were able to repair some trim rather than replace it, so money was saved. I highly recommend CertaPro of Eastern Monmouth County.

This was complicated job with a lot of high ceiling repair required prior to painting. Customer service was excellent. Sebastion and Alec were easy to work with, moved things without hesitation, cleaned up when done. They were efficient and pleasant - exactly the combination you want in your home.

The customer service experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The estimate was accurate and the project manager, Ann Crisak, stood behind the job 100% and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. She sent her painter back for touch-up work free of charge. The painters were diligent and took pride in their work. They cleaned up every day prior to leaving the job and were considerate of family when working on the job. I would recommend Ann and the CertaPro painters.
