About us

In the early 1960s, Roger Somers, our company CEO, got his start in the transportation industry running a taxicab service while still in high school. Not longer after, with a growing base of loyal clients, he decided to set himself apart from his competition and add a limousine to his fleet. Arrow’s history has been one of steady and controlled growth with the focus on quality not quantity. Today, Arrow operates one of the largest and most respected limousine companies in the country, with its main office located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Arrow Limousine has also built an outstanding affiliate limousine network that offers exemplary service nationwide.

Excellent. The driver was there early. The weather was turning bad. He got us to the airport on time and we made the flight before the airport was shutdown.

I get the reduced fares. Their treatment is phenomenal. They are on time or early. They are absolutely courteous. They make sure that there is bottled water for me. A lot of time, I use them for early morning pickups for the flights and late night pickups. I have asked if they have a cup of coffee for me, and they have it. They provide the coffee at no charge. They don't charge me for the stop. I have used them to go to the Dailey and the Oprah; but I can't do that anymore. Once they are hired for the night, there are no stop charges. They have never failed to show up. Once there was a delay of 5-10 minutes, but the driver called me saying that he will be late by 5-10 minutes. He showed up within the timeframe. They are by far the best in the service that I have ever used. They are not the cheapest one in the block. If I consider their service, I will rate them an A right across the board.
