Andy Patterson responded to my emergency call when I returned tonight from out of town. When I explained that my furnace wasn t working on a cold January night, he immediately put me at ease telling me that we would work this out in minutes over the phone, and he did. The thermostat regulating the electric furnace was frozen on a code that I did not recognize, but Andy did. He explained the solution to me over the phone, and instantly the problem was solved. He was generous with his time, knowledgeable, professional, calm and collected. He was the perfect go to man in this crisis, and I ll rely on AJP Energy in the future for all my HVAC needs.

Our AC went out during the hottest week thus far this summer, and the first individual that I had out (NOT AJP) gave me only one option- which was to completely replace our unit instead of attempting to fix the small leak in it and fill it up for a fraction of the cost. I called Andy and he explained all of the options, and was understanding that a completely new unit was not in the budget if it did not absolutely have to be. Andy came out when scheduled and within an hour of being there my AC was up and running, and after a few days of sitting in a 90 degree condo we are now much cooler!
