It took forever to get this project underway. Permits from the township were constantly denied due to contractor not supplying Township with required information. Once permits were granted, installation took about 2 days to complete. Multiple visits were required due to installer not having all of the necessary parts for the water heater and a broken fan in the furnace. When we called the Township for final inspection, the installation failed on multiple items (Electrical and Building). I contacted Skylands Energy on multiple occasions to have them come out and correct the code violations and thus far they have made no attempts to repair their work. I would not recommend this company for this type of work. Should Skylands Energy ever decide to correct their code violations, I will update this report.
