+ -1 moreRobert was referred by my Remax Realtor and returned our call quickly and came out to give an estimate. He said that he could have the entire town home finished in one week (five business days) and he did. He even came back a week later to finish installing hardware that I insisted I buy myself. Against his advice I ended up getting the wrong size hardware. He tolerated my mistake well. His crew covered the floors with cloths and protected the carpet and floors as he was painting. He cleaned up as he went. All in all we are very happy with Robert and his work.
Description of Work: Robert and his two man crew painted my town home on both levels. Added crown mouldings to the entire first floor and also tiled an upstairs bathroom floor. They also painted our foyer, stair well and upstairs hall. He repaired and painted the living room and kitchen ceiling where condensation from the bathroom had come through and stained the paint. The living room ceiling needed to be patched and textured to match the rest. He painted one bedroom ceiling and touched up the walls that we had painted ourselves. He also painted all the wood trim and doors including the coat closet and pantry. Finally he installed a new kitchen sink and faucet and updated the hardware on all kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
