We arrive at your home 2:30 pm and left at 5 pm going over the two hours you had paid for. We normally expect our customers to have the area which will be worked on vacated and ready to clean. I have been using her service for over ten years. They come in for a bi-weekly cleaning and do a great job. We have cats and they never complain having to vacuum cat hair.
They stay in good communication regarding scheduling and are flexible if you go on vacation.

They were very polite and I was really satisfied with their work.
The woman was meticulous about cleaning my stovetop. I don't know how she got it so clean! Edwin was fast and very pleasant. I love the fact that they bring their own equipment and supplies. Halfway through their cleaning another worker showed up to provide them with clean rags. It seemed to be a well coordinated operation.
I am actually looking forward to having them come over again, hopefully before the holidays so that my house sparkles again through their efforts.
