FTS Landscaping Inc

They were ok...could have been better. When I initiated communications, they were responsive. When it was their turn to communicate, it could have been better. 1. My street was being paved. They told me that they talked to the pavers and were told that they couldn't bring their equipment on the road. I talked to the foreman and found out FTS hadn't talked to the foreman, and it was ok to bring their equipment on the road. 2. They did a good job installing the 2x4 concrete blocks. This was managed by Fred. They showed up on time and did good work. 3. They subcontracted the retaining wall work to a man whose name was David (I forget his last name.) I gave up trying to work with him. I had to call them back twice because the wall was not completed. He did not finish the wall properly. The end of the wall should be finished with special pieces; instead he used mid-section pieces on the ends. After a lot of back and forth, I gave up and called R&D Landscaping who did an amazing job and knew exactly what I was talking about instantly.
