Terrrrrible experience; salespeople not trained at all; after choosing carpeting at shop, salesperson came out to measure and told me carpeting would be in, in 10 days. 6 weeks later carpeting not in, at which time my phone call revealed they completely mismeasured simple rectangle shape room(by 5 feet) and decided to inform me there would be a seam down entire length of 19 foot room, one yard out from wall. owner said they would resubmit order then called me next day to cancel order out because he realized salesperson gave me completely wrong discounted price and he couldn't honor said price. 100% unprofessional experience

Bench ripped out some old carpet and installed hardwood flooring in two rooms. Out of the local stores we visited, they had the best customer service and were most knowledgable about our product options. When I finally purchased I felt like I had explored all possible options and made the right choice. The owner Ron was completely transparent about pricing and I never felt that anything was inflated. He also showed up twice in person to inspect the rooms (before/after) to ensure that we were completely satisfied. It's rare to have great interactions with a business through the entire process. But from sales to install to customer service it is clear this is a business that has quality staff and cares about doing a good job. Would use again!

The flooring was ordered and arrived as promised.  An installation date was set and the installers arrived promptly and worked until the job was completed.  They paid attention to detail such as eliminating existing squeaks in the floor, carefully moved large pieces of furniture and made sure the sub-flooring was level.  The laminate floor was installed perfectly.  Afterwards, new baseboards were installed.  When the job was completed, they furniture was replaced and they made sure it was placed where I wanted it.  Before they left, they cleaned up everything.  I am extremely please with the job!

It was a small job but they treated me like a big customer. They also worked with my schedule as I had to strip the wallpaper and paint after the plumbing was removed. I will back to Bench.

I have been a customer of Bench Fashion Floors for over 20 years. My home was built in 1992 and the owner Ron Bench and his crew installed hardwood, ceramic flooring and carpet in my finished basement back in the 90's.

After my basement flooded Bench replace the basement carpet and all of the flooring throughout the house with the exception of the ceramic and hardwood they installed years ago - it still looks GREAT!

I've recommended them throughout the years and my friend and family have always been pleased. I will continue to highly recommend them in the future.

They had very good prices and they did an excellent job on both. The wood floor was about $1580 and the bathroom was about $940. Everything was excellent.

There are plenty of flooring samples on display in the showroom and they stand ready to answer all your questions. Our recent purchase of hardwood flooring for our dining room went very smooth. The installation was no different - very professional. Everything was cleaned up, no mess. Several months ago we purchased a laminate wood floor for our son's bedroom and last year a fiber floor by Tarkett for our kitchen, laundry room and half bath from Bench Fashion Floors. That's three jobs in the past year and a half and each one went extremely well. Go to Bench. You will not be disappointed

We went into the store and ordered the pad. It took 2 wks to come in and they installed it the following Sat. Did a very nice job as the repairs looked as good a new.

Very professional, great selection of high quality flooring of all types. We did get a wonderful sale price too. We didn't want the carpets immediately so we asked if they could hold them for over a month - it was not a problem for them.
They also sell hardwood, tiles and linoleum and rugs.
When we are ready for a new kitchen floor, we are going to Bench.
Overall, we highly recommend Bench floors.

Overall, it didn't go very well. They had to order the flooring which came in wrong, so I had to wait another 2 weeks. When I ordered the flooring I was assured that they could match the stain on the flooring from downstairs and the stairs. Well, not only did that not happen the stain was uneven. Dark in some spots light in others and some of the stain was not wiped in the same direction of the grain of the wood, it was rubbed in a diagonal so you can see streaks of the stains going in a different direction. I called them back to have them re sand and restain the floor. I made several calls to make appointments and all though I talked to the girls who were very nice, the gentlemen who were to come and redo my floors gave me the run around. Said he would come on a certain day and then never show up. Finally, he said he would come in the afternoon but showed up early in the morning, luckily I was home or I would have missed him. Again, he did the floors and they looked the same. He couldn't get the streaks out of my floor or even match the stain that were on the stairs, it's not even close. I was and still am very disappointed, every time I go down the hall way you can see the unevenness in the staining. I would like it fixed but am afraid to have them back

Great experience overall. The good vibes started with the initial contact with the sales person at the store, Crystal, who was extremely helpful, patient, and professional during our first visit. While we are able to see several flooring samples while in the store, you never know how they look unless you can see them in your home, and the store had no problem letting us take some samples home for a few hours to see how they would look in our kitchen light, against our cabinets, etc.

Once we selected the flooring, we gave the typical 50% downpayment so that the flooring could be ordered. When it came time to install, I was somewhat concerned how our fridge would be moved into an adjoining room (without damaging the floor in that space) so that the new floor could be installed. I didn't need to be concerned at all. Mr Bench (the owner) does the installations, and he's obviously dealt with this situation hundreds of times before, and has the process down for safely moving a heavy fridge over a series of luan boards. The installation was done efficiently and professionally, and as a result we have a great looking new floor at a fair price.

We went to the showroom to choose a floor for our kitchen. The service was good and the salesperson was quite knowledgeable. We ordered the product and was contacted about a week later to set an appointment to install the floor. The owner, Mr. Ron Bench did the job. He was prompt and did a clean, quick and wonderful job overall.

It went very well. They are very knowledgeable. They are very professional. They showed up on time. They cleaned up very nicely. They did an excellent job with the floors. I was very pleased.
