I would never use this company again. They were hired by Home Depot to install my openers. Instead of using all the new wiring that came with the new openers, they used the existing 25 year old wiring I had. I couldn’t get them to answer the phone and call me back so I went back to Home Depot for help and it took them 2 weeks to get this company back out to my house. The store had to escalate to a Regional Manager to get help. The installer finally came back today to rewire the openers with the new wiring. Everything worked fine when he left but 45 minutes later, there is no power to the safety sensors and the door won’t close. AGAIN!!!, this company won’t answer the phone. It’s impossible to deal with them. I will probably have to pay someone else to fix this. Never again!!!

It was great. They cleaned up, prompted and did everything right. They installed a beautiful door.

The gas fireplace works like a charm.Previously I wrote a bad review because it seemed as if Knockout simply never finished the job the last trap was on the date indicated and functioned perfectly after repair.They instantly diagnosed the problem and quoted a repair estimate as well as when they got here.

Not good. Bad experience overall. They are not professional and I was not happy with how the windows have held up.

We went through Home Depot for an estimate to replace 13 bedroom/bathroom/closet doors in our home. The replacement would involve just the doors themselves - not the frames. A gentleman from BnB Associates came out to our home to measure the doors and provide an estimate. The estimate for labor alone was $3,400 - which works out to be about $260 per door. That price is extremely high, based on other estimates we've received. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work, I know that we will not be using their services because the estimate, in our opinion, was just too much.
