Weichert Realtors-Robert (Bob) Early

I am a female senior and have lived in my home for 43 years. I called 3 different companies and decided to go with this young gentlemen (Bob). He arrived on time for our first meeting. Not knowing anything about selling a home, he sat and went through everything that I should expect. He also assured me that he would be there every step of the way, which he was. During the process he was in contact with me continually. He said the home should sell within 3 months and he was right on. He set up an open house immediately. I was leaving for a family reunion in North Carolina for 2 weeks. During that time he took care of different things. The inspectors listed a few things the buyers wanted done. Bob looked it over and called me in NC to let me know what had to be done and what I really did not need to do. I needed to upgrade some of my electric. Bob got a hold of an electrician and went to the house with him while the work was being done. Whenever I needed a permit for any work, he went to the town hall and got the permits. I needed to have a radon test, done twice, Bob also took care of having all the tests done and kept me informed both my e-mail and phone while I was away. He even went to Home Depot and picked me up a new Fire Extinguisher, mine was not up to code. I felt very confident in Bob to do everything that needed to be done. Bob was very professional and extremely helpful. He knew what needed to be done and helped me do what I needed to sell my home. I have already recommended him to friends and neighbors as I consider him highly reliable and efficient in his job.
