Walter's quality of work is very good - have chosen him over many big ticket contractors I spoke to and met for interior painting job.
Walter provided a detailed quote - nothing in writing but he signed on a contract I drafted, met all the terms.
His price wasn't the best but I gave him contract as I was looking for not just painting but few other Bathroom jobs. Overall I am glad we had him. He did the entire bathroom work(tile cleaning, grouting, replacing the broken tiles) himself. He also did the entire house spackling. Painting was done by his people which I believe he sub-contracted.
When I had few issues on quality of painting, he had that team come back and re-do the work. I would rate Bathroom work as Top quality whereas painters were cutting corners - that's not his fault but as I said, he was able to bring them back and fix up whatever was not acceptable to us.
Now comes the fun part - its very difficult to get Walter on phone - obviously he's busy working and as homeowner you won't want a contractor to keep talking while working for you. Scheduling with him is another challenge. However if you have patience to deal with busy schedule(may be the case with other contractors too), then I strongly recommend him.
I will be talking to him again for major bath renovations in near future but as far as painting goes, thankfully I don't need painting for next 10 years or so..
"You are writing a review to the wrong company , verify the company name ; I did not perform Any work at this address , I am in New Jersey not in NC. Please revise it and delete it, it must be someone else."
Walter is thoughtful and conscientious and most importantly, honest. He may not be the cheapest guy in town but he is certainly not the most expensive either. Once you get to know him, you get the sense that he will go the extra mile for you and you don't feel like you are being taken advantage of.
A+ work, great guy, highly recommended.
Walter is the worst contractor I have dealt with.
If your project is important to you, bring it to someone who can keep a word.
Overall terrible, terrible experience.
"customer decided to Cancel the Job after we were dealing for a few weeks. permit paper works were submitted on time to apply for permit; customer NEVER agreed to give an initial payment prior to start the job. the scoop of work was revised several times; we have agreed to do it but payment was never given,"
The job was finished in time, which was very important to us.
I would definitely recommend.
"You must be writing to the wrong company , I did not performed any work on this address 1st if I did the job you should had told me from the very beggining no 2 years later 2nd I don't take a payment unless the job gets done the right way 3rd you should have contacted me directly if I did the job"
