This review is for the RT 10 Randolph NJ location. I was in an accident with a hit and run driver, who did considerable damage to both the front and rear of my Toyota Tacoma TRD when he hit my truck so hard that it pushed the truck into the vehicle in front of me. Being a lifelong car person, I was searching for an excellent auto body repair facility. From the first meeting with Jason Farino (Owner/Manager) my anxiety was relieved. He explained the whole process, and he is also a car guy who appreciates delivering a quality finished repair. Tom, their Insurance liaison took care of the estimate and any other issues with the insurance company, all that I had to do was drop off my vehicle on Monday, and when I picked it up on Friday of the same week. The truck looked like new. Jason took the time to do a final walk around the vehicle. We noticed some tiny crazing in the new tail light replacement lens. Jason said he would order it for Monday. On Monday, I got a call and brought it to Towne, Tom handled the Insurance aspect and I was in and out in 10 minutes with a perfect tail light. Peter and Ed were very friendly and courteous.  They gave me a verbal estimate, which got me rolling with my insurance company (State Farm - who had also recommended them).  
We scheduled the work for 2 weeks later, and it took them 2 days to get it all done.
The hood looks great, can't even tell it was replaced.
They scratches got a quick touch-up, nothing fancy.
The car was spiffy clean when I picked it up.

The work done was excellent and I was very pleased with the result.   The front bumper was replaced and some minor cosmetic work was performed on the car.  The staff was wonderful and the facility was quite impressive.  In fact, it looked nicer than some of the car dealership service waiting area.  Very professional in every regard.  I was lucky to find them on Angie's List.

Throughout the entire process, Towne Auto Restoration was prompt, courteous and professional; a true pleasure to deal with.    The repair only took three days.  I received phone calls to advise me of status along the way. An extra convenience is the ability to drop off my Enterprise rental car right there when picking up my vehicle.  Towne Auto has thought of everything.  Usually having a car go in for repair is nothing but a big headache.  Towne Auto could not have made this experience any easier.

I was impressed with the cleanliness, neatness and professionalism of this restoration center. The holiday slowed the completion of my repair and my completion date estimate was pushed back a few days, but the repaired car works very well and looks great. At times I had to leave a message, but they did get back to me.
