The project required a complete gut of the bathroom, mold abatement, repair of floor joists that were improperly cut when the bathroom was first built, relocation of a base board radiator and all new plumbing. Gary managed his subcontractors well and completed the project in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the work was very good.
