they got snippy when i did not give them a perfect score ont the job they did because the room was not finished , they said they will finish it.
they were snippy when i did not find the carpet the next day, they wer snippy when it took several days to get the mats.
in hind site i would have just had teh carpet pulled back and spent a fraction of the cost.
My delux insurance dropped me because of the claim. the insurance company probably only paid $1,000 and they cost me about $12,000 in increased insurance costs for the next 3 years and now they sued me.
They showed up within a couple of hours, and immediately went to work (after getting the OK from my insurance company) lifting the carpet, removing the damaged padding, setting up dehumidifiers and dryers.
Three days later, the equipment was removed. The following week, the padding was installed, the carpet stretched and tacked down, and half the carpet cleaned. Three days after that, they moved the furniture/bookcases/etc. to the cleaned area of the carpet, set that up, and cleaned the other side.
The entire operation was done quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use them in similar circumstances and will probably use ServPro to clean other carpeting in the house.
I recommend them unequivocally.
