He started at 7 and left at 11:45. My fixtures weren't installed because he wasn't sure how to fix the problem he created. My fixtures to be replaced were working just fine and when he tried to install the new ones he cut the cord on one of the new fixtures and reinstalled it wrong with the cord that way. I had to have another company come only to find out that he short circuited everything. There is so much more to the story. He was in over his head and panicked when he realized what he had done and left to go to his next appt.
