The owner was very professional and took his time with us in estimating and providing advice on the job. Although I was pleased with the end result, they did hire out to a sub-contractor whose workers didn't speak English and were not helpful at all. If I had known ahead of time that they hired out, I may have been more understanding and ok with the experience.
